Research on the Integrated Talent Training Model of “Job Course Competition and Certification” under the Background of Industry Education Integration—Taking Food Inspection and Testing Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the integration of industry and education, deepening school enterprise cooperation, leveraging the collaborative mechanism of“job course competition certification”, relying on industry and enterprise development, facing the core skill needs of inspection positions, determining courses according to job requirements, analyzing the content of skill competitions and vocational skill level certificate assessments, integrating job, competition, and certificate content into teaching content, restructuring and optimizing the professional curriculum system, forming a modular teaching team, implementing multi-level and multi scenario modular teaching, and forming a“job course competition certification”craftsman talent training model with the characteristics of food inspection and testing profession.
