Exploration of the Practice of Split Classroom Teaching Mode in Foreign Languages in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: As a new teaching mode, PAD classroom has been widely used in college foreign language teaching in recent years. This model aims to improve students'language ability and thinking level by dividing the teaching process into three stages: teaching, internalization and discussion. This paper probes into the practice of split-class teaching mode in college foreign language teaching, analyzes the problems encountered in the traditional teaching mode, and expounds the advantages of split-class teaching mode in improving students' independent learning ability, promoting classroom interaction and improving student learning results. At the same time, it puts forward the application strategies of the divided classroom teaching mode in college foreign languages to adapt to the ever-changing educational needs.
