Abstract: This article analyzes the main problems in the construction of signal and system courses in terms of course objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching resources, and evaluation, in accordance with the requirements of first-class undergraduate course construction; explored the blended online and offline teaching model based on the OBE (outcome based education) concept, introducing problem oriented teaching methods into the classroom, avoiding tedious mathematical deductions, and progressively improving students’ability to analyze and solve problems; integrating student innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as subject competition projects, to make the teaching content more advanced; the evaluation method focuses more on process assessment, which facilitates teachers to grasp students’learning dynamics and differences in real time, and adjust teaching objectives, content, and methods in a timely manner, so as to achieve closed-loop and sustainable improvement in teaching.
