Cultivation of “Double Innovation” Guidance Ability for College Teachers Based on the Integration of “Four Chains”

Abstract: To promote the deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, funding chain, and talent chain, a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship service platform will be established, relying on the government, research enterprises, key laboratories and experimental teaching centers, a mechanism model will be formed to promote the transformation and application of achievements throughout the entire life cycle of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the ability of university teachers to guide innovation and entrepreneurship will be cultivated. The improvement and practice system of young teachers' entrepreneurial guidance ability adopts a top-level design, which optimizes the source and structure of teachers, formulates scientific and reasonable training and training plans, improves incentive and assessment systems, and provides supporting campus services to build a new era of university entrepreneurial teacher team construction system that integrates four chains. After the training of the “double innovation” teacher team, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is achieved through two modes: practical education and collaborative education between industry, academia, and research, to improve the entrepreneurial guidance ability including entrepreneurial guidance ability, especially with a background in new engineering and interdisciplinary knowledge integration.
