Research on the Promotion of School-enterprise Cooperation Level in Urban Rail Transit Industry

Abstract

Abstract: The school-enterprise cooperative training mode has been widely applied in higher vocational education at the present stage. Based on the guidance of theoretical knowledge service, it applies students' mastery of theoretical knowledge and skills to practical work, develops students' professional quality, and improves their job adaptability. However, the application of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training mode in colleges and universities shows that some higher vocational colleges are still in the preliminary application stage, and cannot maximize the function and utility of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training. Based on this, this paper analyzes the measures to improve the level of school-enterprise cooperation in urban rail transit industry.
