Research on the Training Path of Translation Talents in Applied Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract: In the context of the new liberal arts, universities must enhance their interdisciplinary application ability to train translation talents, so as to enhance the competitiveness of college students in job hunting and lay a solid foundation for their future career development. Based on the teaching practice, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as clarifying the goal of talent training, improving the translation curriculum system, innovating the course teaching mode, and strengthening the construction of “double-qualified” teachers, so as to provide experience reference for colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training and provide more applied translation talents to the society.
