Research and Practice on the Talent Cultivation Model of “Double Innovation” in Universities under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

Abstract

Abstract: The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategy implemented in China, aimed at promoting modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and enhancing the level of rural economic and social development. In the process of implementing rural revitalization, talent revitalization is crucial. In this context, promoting the “double innovation” talent cultivation in universities is an important measure to promote the development of rural revitalization, which plays an important supporting role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Starting from the background of the rural revitalization strategy, this article analyzes the significance of cultivating “double innovation” talents in universities under the rural revitalization strategy, discusses the shortcomings of current “double innovation” talent cultivation in universities, and proposes a model for cultivating “double innovation” talents in universities, which includes curriculum system innovation, active construction of practical platforms, integration of industry, academia and research, and innovative evaluation system.
