Abstract: This study focuses on Heilongjiang Province as the research subject, adopting a digital perspective to delve deeply into precision provision strategies and practices of smart elderly care. The article begins by elucidating the concept and essence of smart elderly care, followed by an analysis of the current state of its development in Heilongjiang Province. It uncovers the principal issues and challenges encountered in the supply of smart elderly care services at present, as well as the distinctive demand characteristics for precision provision among the elderly population in Heilongjiang. In the realm of strategy formulation, the paper presents a demand identification strategy grounded in big data for elderly care services. Through case analyses of typical smart elderly care projects or models within Heilongjiang, it illustrates the concrete implementation status and outcomes of precision provision strategies in smart elderly care. Furthermore, it offers improvement measures and recommendations in response to problems encountered during practical implementation.
