Construction of “Four in One” Practical Teaching System of Preschool Education under Normal Professional Certification—Taking the Preschool Education Major of Jinzhong University as an Example

Abstract: Practical teaching is an important link in the cultivation of preschool education professionals. Implementing the concept and requirements of teacher education certification, Jinzhong University has established a“four in one”practical teaching system for preschool education majors: The goal system includes cultivating teacher ethics, strengthening care and education abilities, cultivating talents, and promoting development. The content module includes teacher ethics practice, professional practice, educational practice, and comprehensive practice. The implementation path includes freshman recognition positions, sophomore trial positions, junior adaptation positions, and senior replacement positions. The condition guarantee includes management, teaching staff, base, and evaluation to improve the quality of preschool education professional talent cultivation.
