Abstract: Aiming at the problems faced by students majoring in process equipment and control engineering in practical teaching, such as multiple scenarios, limited time and space, high costs, flammable and explosive reaction fluids, and interactive effects of control parameters, in the total life cycle process of large-scale new energy equipment, a virtual simulation interactive experimental system for the total life cycle of new energy equipment is developed, with the task background of design manufacturing inspection operation and maintenance for vapor deposition reactors. Based on the actual engineering needs, the design and implementation scenarios of new energy equipment such as thermal process design, main structure design, manufacturing inspection and operation maintenance have been reproduced. In the virtual scene, interactive operations such as method and principle recognition, fault identification, and quality inspection of key manufacturing processes such as longitudinal weld welding, stamping heat treatment, non-destructive testing, and pressure testing have been specially set up to achieve an immersive interactive experience teaching that combines virtual and real. This enables students to gradually consolidate their theoretical knowledge of thermal design and build a foundation for the design of the main structure during the training process of each link enhance comprehensive practical skills in manufacturing, inspection, operation and maintenance.
