Research on the Talent Training System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Private Universities Based on Employment-Oriented

Abstract: In order to improve the employment competitiveness and career development ability of students in private colleges and universities, adapt to the social development and market needs, and cultivate more innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the employment-oriented research on the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in private colleges and universities is carried out. First of all, the importance of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in private universities is analyzed. Secondly, determine the principles to be followed to build an employment-oriented private university innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system. Finally, by clarifying the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, improving the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship, expanding practical activities of innovation and entrepreneurship, and establishing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, the students of private colleges and universities can effectively improve their innovative spirit, entrepreneurial ability and practical experience, enhance their employment competitiveness, and meet the needs of society for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
