Abstract: The college students' association is an important carrier in the construction of campus culture, and it is also a direct platform for students to show their style and develop their interests. In this paper, on the basis of the questionnaire of the students of the representative institutions of the university in a certain area and the offline research method of the 55 school-level associations, the paper focuses on the research of the present situation of the college students' associations in the organizational structure of the "one's one's", and finds out that the college students' associations are dynamic and innovative. To guide the problems in the support of operation and development, and put forward some countermeasures to improve the basic support, skill training and brand creation of the college students' associations.
