Research on Construction of Quality Evaluation Index of Practice Teaching of Human Resource Management Based on CIPP Model

Abstract: Practice teaching is an important way and means for human resource management major to improve students' professional practice ability. There are some problems in practice teaching of human resource management major, such as fuzzy evaluation standard, single evaluation subject and imperfect evaluation feedback. By investigating and visiting the needs of the industry, focusing on the objectives of professional training, in line with the practical teaching, and improving the practical application ability of students, this paper constructs an evaluation index of the quality of practical teaching of human resource management based on the CIPP evaluation model, aiming at forming a standardized, orderly and efficient practical teaching index system, which is conducive to improving the quality of talent training. It has positive practical significance.
