Employment Oriented English Curriculum Reform in Vocational Colleges—Taking Wine Culture and Marketing as an Example

Abstract: With the development of market economy, the requirements for talents in various industries have changed, which puts forward higher requirements for vocational education. The teaching of vocational English courses should be closely integrated with industry demand, exploring the employment oriented talent cultivation model, and improving the effectiveness of English course teaching. Based on this, this article takes the wine culture and marketing major as an example to analyze the significance of employment oriented talent cultivation in vocational English courses, deeply explores the talent cultivation mode of vocational English courses, and puts forward relevant suggestions, hoping to provide useful reference for vocational English course teaching and talent cultivation.
