Abstract: With the continuous promotion of the construction of the“The Belt and Road”and the establishment of RCEP, the requirements of relevant industries on foreign trade practitioners are constantly improving. In order to improve the comprehensive quality and strength of foreign trade practitioners, universities need to actively reform the teaching mode of international business correspondence courses. In this paper, on the basis of analysis of international business correspondence course teaching objectives and requirements and the international business correspondence course teaching problems, the implementation of the teaching mode of“OBE + flipped classroom”, a model of goal oriented, student-centered, which is completed by setting up 3D objectives before class, flipped classroom in class and after class evaluation, to stimulate students to interest in learning, to ensure the students learning enthusiasm and autonomous learning ability, and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
