Abstract: With the continuous deepening of reform, the demand for skilled talents in society continues to increase. However, there is a certain disconnect between the talent cultivation in vocational colleges and the actual needs of enterprises. Some graduates find it difficult to find employment or adapt to the needs of their job positions. The role of“job, course, competition, and certification”in cultivating skilled talents is becoming increasingly prominent. This article takes the elevator maintenance and upkeep course as the starting point, explores the comprehensive significance of the“job, course, competition, and certification”online course, the shortcomings of the elevator maintenance and upkeep online course, and combines practical experience to propose the main strategy for the integration of“job, course, competition, and certification”online course construction.
