Exploration of Improving the Quality of Self Cultivation of Talents in the Polymer Materials Field under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: In the context of new engineering, polymer materials, as a cutting-edge field, have put forward higher requirements for independent talent cultivation. This article analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in the field of polymer materials, reveals the problems and challenges of existing models, proposes methods such as introducing new engineering concepts, and specifically elaborates on ways to integrate interdisciplinary teaching and promote practice and innovation. It provides reference and inspiration for further improving the quality of talent cultivation in the field of polymer materials, and has certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the innovation and development of talent cultivation models in the field of polymer materials.
