Path of Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of College Students in the Context of New Engineering Science

Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of comprehensive reform of education system, institutions of higher education need to comply with the development of the times, strictly implement the requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines, actively adjust the talent cultivation mode, and integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students into the objectives of talent cultivation, so as to cultivate innovative talents that meet the requirements of modernization of the society and meet the new needs of the development of industrial enterprises. Based on this, the article analyzes the positive influence of the implementation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the background of new engineering disciplines, summarizes the dilemmas faced by college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education, and puts forward the path of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation in the four aspects of concept updating, curriculum optimization, system construction, and practice platform building, which is aimed at providing ideas for the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
