Abstract: Collaborative education between schools and enterprises has utilized innovative educational models to construct a“three-dimensional”education model, providing employers with a large number of high-quality talents. This article studies the“five drive and five achievements”collaborative education model based on a service-oriented society, rooted in serving the needs of regional economy and labor market, with student employment as the goal orientation. Through ideological and political courses and courses, students can strengthen their value guidance, internships and practical training can strengthen the integration of knowledge and action, labor education can strengthen comprehensive development, social practice can enhance comprehensive improvement, innovation and entrepreneurship can strengthen the transformation of achievements, and help students achieve adulthood, growth, success, success, and success.
