Abstract: Music education, as an important art education discipline, plays an important role in cultivating students'aesthetic emotions, musical talents, and musical literacy. The establishment of a professional certification system is of great significance for ensuring the quality of education. This article delves into the employment guidance practices of music education students under the background of professional certification. Through a comprehensive study of the certification system, student employment status, and employment guidance strategies, the aim is to provide strong support for improving students'employment competitiveness and promoting the sustainable development of the music education industry.
