Exploration of Practical Teaching in Finance Specialty under the Background of New Business Studies—Taking Jianghan University as an Example

Abstract: The construction of new business requires the cultivation of applied, versatile, and innovative financial talents. Firstly, the necessity of conducting practical teaching in the finance major under the construction of the new business school was analyzed. Then, taking Jianghan University as an example, the foundation and conditions for conducting practical teaching in finance were analyzed from the aspects of faculty, laboratory infrastructure, and school enterprise cooperation. A practical teaching system consisting of three parts: in class basic practice, innovative activity practice, and industry cognitive practice was constructed, and it also explains the implementation and effectiveness of practical teaching, providing experience and reference for the practical teaching of business majors.
