Research on the Teaching Reform of Financial Sharing Training Based on ADDIE under the Background of“Golden Course”

Abstract: In the context of the“golden course”construction of“AIC”(advanced,innovation, challenge) , universities are constantly exploring classroom teaching reform and practice to improve teaching quality. The online and offline hybrid teaching model based on the ADDIE model has high practical value in the teaching of professional courses that combine theory with practice teaching in universities. The article takes the financial sharing training course as an example, analyzes the current problems in the course, and adjusts and optimizes the content, teaching design, teaching implementation, and teaching evaluation of the“financial sharing training”course from five perspectives under the background of the“golden course”. It implements the“golden course” standard of“AIC”, mobilizes students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning, improves the effectiveness of practical teaching, and improves the quality of practical teaching.
