Abstract: In the“Internet +”era, college students are faced with new opportunities and challenges in employment and entrepreneurship. The rapid development of Internet technology has completely changed the fields of business, society and education, providing college students with unprecedented opportunities for entrepreneurship, but also triggered a series of new problems. This paper aims to explore the main problems faced by college students in employment and entrepreneurship in the context of“Internet +”and the countermeasures to these problems. In the“Internet +”era, college students need more flexible entrepreneurial thinking and practical skills to adapt to changing market demands. At the same time, traditional employment concepts and education systems also need to be re-examined and adjusted. This paper will discuss in detail the key issues in the process of college students'employment and entrepreneurship, such as fierce market competition, mismatch between recruitment needs and knowledeg and skills, lack of practical work experience, outdated employment concepts, imperfect entrepreneurship plans, lack of entrepreneurial skills, and unfamiliar laws and regulations, and propose corresponding coping strategies to help college students better cope with the challenges of the“Internet +”era, achieve employment and entrepreneurial success.
