Exploration and Recommendations for Innovative Talent Cultivation in Intelligent Construction

Abstract: In the age of architectural industrialization, intelligent construction is the inevitable path towards transforming the traditional labor-intensive construction industry into technology-intensive construction. Currently, China is experiencing a wave of intelligent construction development and faces a significant talent gap. Therefore, exploring scientific and rational talent cultivation programs for intelligent construction has become an urgent priority of attention for university educators. Based on the analysis of the current state of talent development in intelligent construction and the unique characteristics of the discipline, the cultivation of talents in intelligent construction is explored by emphasizing practical and innovative abilities. Suggestions for enhancing talent development are proposed through fostering deeper school-enterprise cooperation, implementing project-based teaching methods, and integrating intelligent algorithms as a fundamental component of the curriculum. Additionally, the content of graduation design in intelligent construction is discussed to provide valuable insights for innovative talent cultivation in intelligent construction field.
