Abstract: The learning outcomes of students fully reflect the quality of talent cultivation. Conducting evaluations of student learning outcomes is of great significance in promoting student growth and development, as well as improving talent cultivation. However, in practice, there are problems with the evaluation of student learning outcomes, such as incomplete evaluation indicators, incomplete evaluation methods, and insufficient evaluation methods. This article improves and perfects the evaluation model of student learning outcomes by constructing evaluation indicators that cover all elements of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, highlighting process evaluation and value-added evaluation, and establishing a dynamic monitoring mechanism.
