Exploration of Practical Teaching Mode for Social Work Majors under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education—Taking Community Practice Course Practice as an Example

Abstract: In the new era, the innovative and application-oriented goal positioning of cultivating social work professionals in local ordinary universities in China requires the deepening of the concept of integrated education between industry and education to promote the reconstruction of professional practical teaching models. At present, there is adisconnect between professional education and professional services in practical teaching of social work. Based on this, taking the course practice of community practice of social work major in a certain university in Suzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the construction path of industry education integration model of social work major from four aspects: the concept of industry education integration, curriculum goal setting, practical teaching mode, and evaluation of practical learning achievements. Finally, based on the orientation of social work talent training objectives and the experience in building the integration of production and teaching in the practice of community practice, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the construction of the integration of production and teaching in the practical teaching model of social work, in order to achieve the purpose of cultivating applied innovative talents in social work.
