Research and Practice on College Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Teaching System Based on the Engineering Background—Taking the College of Life Science and Technology at Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an Example

Abstract: Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to employment and entrepreneurship education. Training college students'employment and entrepreneurship ability is not only a key way to build an innovative country, but also an important way to relieve employment pressure. In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation, this article combines the reform of the employment and entrepreneurship teaching system of the School of Life Science and Technology at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, forming a“1+2+3”employment and entrepreneurship education system that“constructs a system, strengthens one consciousness; relies on two platforms, constructs two classrooms; coordinates three teams, and promotes three integrations”.
