Abstract: Graduate education is an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents for the society, however, the traditional graduate training model can’t meet the needs of innovative talents with social adaptability, and the quality education and innovative training of graduate students are facing great challenges. This paper first discusses the characteristics of several representative collaborative innovation training modes, then takes the training of academic graduate students in physics as the starting point, analyzes some problems faced by the current graduate training from four aspects, and puts forward corresponding strategies based on the industry-university-research mode of graduate collaborative training from five aspects such as improving the practical ability of graduate students.
