Abstract: The environment for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges is becoming increasingly complex, the functions of external entities are independent, and the integration of various types of internal education is insufficient, and insufficient collaborative education in multiple aspects. In the new situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, explore the elements of external collaboration and content collaboration in vocational colleges, break through the barriers between different social entities such as government sector, schools, industries, and enterprises externally, and construct five mechanisms to form an interactive and coordinated education system; Optimize the organizational structure internally and establish a“five integrated”educational element collaboration to achieve optimal resource allocation and optimal synchronization of various educational actions. By supplementing and improving policies, funds, and systems, and driving the integration of industry and education with social service cycles, we can achieve internal and external interactive links, and build a new pattern of diversified education for innovative and entrepreneurial in vocational colleges.
