Study on the Influence of Teacher-Student Communication on the Whole Process of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

Abstract: In recent years, innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students has been paid more and more attention in higher education, but there is a shortage of teachers'ability in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which greatly limits the improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of great value to study the competence and promotion path of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in universities. From the perspective of teacher-student communication, the paper studies the content of teacher-student communication in different steps of the process of innovation and entrepreneurship competition, as well as the influence of teacher-student communication on different steps in the whole process of the competition. A questionnaire survey was conducted on college students who have participated in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and the analysis of the survey results shows that the more task-based communication and social communication between teachers and students, the better the students will perform in the whole process of the competition. The research conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the communication ability and competence of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers, promoting the communication between teachers and students in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and improving the education quality of innovation and entrepreneurship competition.
