Abstract: For modern senior high school students, whether they choose to go to higher education or choose employment after graduation, they will become the reserve strength of high-quality talents in our country. Therefore, in the current stage of education, it is necessary to carry out career planning education for senior high school students, make clear the individual career direction, so that students have the ability to obtain employment. In view of this, this paper first discusses the constitution requirements of employability, and then on the basis of analyzing the current status of career planning education, explores the effective measures to improve high school students' employability by career planning.
