Practice of Green Construction in the Teaching of Civil Engineering Professionals

Abstract: Green construction is an unstoppable trend in the current construction industry, Changzhou has become one of the pilot cities of green construction, the Department of Civil Engineering of Changzhou Institute of Technology actively upgrades its profession in order to meet the needs of the development of the times, and integrates the concept of green construction into the training program. The training goal of the 2023 talent training program adds the relevant content of“with green construction concept”; It has established a multidisciplinary and inter-integrated, practice-oriented, multi-dimensional civil engineering curriculum system with the characteristics of Changzhou Institute of Technology corresponding to the whole life cycle of green construction; Actively carry out ideological and political teaching reform, and integrate the theme of green construction into the entire curriculum ideological and political system through ideological and political elements such as environmental protection and sustainable development.
