Exploration of Teaching Resources “Enabling” Online and Offline Hybrid Teaching

Abstract: With the continuous accumulation of teaching resources, improving the quality of teaching resources and enhancing the“enabling”effect of teaching resources on teaching have become the key problems in the construction of teaching resources. Aiming at the problems of organizational planning and educational effectiveness of teaching resources, the article explores the reform path of the construction of digital image processing teaching resources based on the core educational concepts of Outcome-Based Education(OBE) and student-centered in engineering education certification, studies the planning and developing methods of teaching resources, improves the“enabling”effect of teaching resources and the auxiliary teaching methods of teaching resources.
