Exploration and Practice of the “12345” Clinical Medical Innovation Talent Training Model Based on School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: Clinical medicine majors adhere to the talent cultivation concept of“olid foundation and strong abilities”, and cultivate applied medical professionals with comprehensive moral, intellectual, and physical development that meet the needs of socialist modernization construction according to the needs of professional positions. Graduates of clinical medicine majors need to possess solid professional knowledge, good professional ethics, and strong innovation awareness in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation guidance of common and frequently occurring diseases. Collaborative education between schools and enterprises can not only improve the practical skills of clinical medical students, but also serve as an effective measure to cultivate their practical spirit and innovative consciousness. This article explores the“12345”education model based on school enterprise cooperation under the school enterprise collaborative education model, providing theoretical reference for cultivating advanced applied clinical medical talents with innovative abilities.
