Analysis on the Reform of Practical Teaching Mode of Hotel Management Specialty in Applied Undergraduate Colleges Based on OBE Concept

Abstract

Abstract: OBE concept expands the thinking of practical teaching mode reform of hotel management major in applied undergraduate colleges, and provides scientific basis. Under the guidance of OBE concept, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current practical teaching mode of hotel management major in applied undergraduate colleges, and puts forward countermeasures for the reform. So as to improve the practical teaching quality of hotel management major in applied undergraduate colleges, and improve the practical application ability of students.
