Research on Pre Service Training Mode of Outstanding Preschool Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the social requirements for kindergarten education quality and teacher professionalization, cultivating outstanding preschool teacher is the focus of the current development of preschool education. This paper expounds the necessity of cultivating outstanding preschool teacher from the current situation of pre service training of preschool teacher. This paper analyzes and combs the pre service training mode of outstanding preschool teacher from the aspects of goal orientation, professional quality and professionalism, curriculum design, practical teaching, school + kindergarten collaborative education, etc. This paper expounds the management of the pre service training mode of outstanding preschool teacher from aspects of student management, teaching management, teacher team construction, facilities and teaching resources guarantee, etc. The purpose is to cultivate more outstanding preschool teacher who meet the requirements of social development and improve the quality and level of preschool education by exploring the mode of pre service training of outstanding preschool teacher in vocational colleges.
