The Current Situation Analysis and Reform Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Automation Specialty under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract: Improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is the basic requirement for the training of automation professionals in the context of new engineering, in line with the national strategic needs, it can promote the construction of first-class specialties and improve the effectiveness of collaborative education in universities. However, there are still some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of automation specialty in universities, such as unreasonable curriculum system, relatively weak set of practice links, and inadequate integration of educational resources. We need to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education by improving the construction of curriculum system, accelerating the transformation of innovation achievements, and constructing a multidimensional evaluation mechanism, so as to cultivate high-quality talents to adapt to the economic and social development of the new era.
