Abstract: The full name of "Youth Marxist training project" aims to cultivate a group of young Marxist with firm belief. As a grass-roots institution of colleges and universities, the College Department should stand on the first front of training the backbone of college students, shoulder the important mission of training young Marxists and reserve talents cadres, make up for the lack of limited capacity of the school level "green horse class", and ensure that the backbone of College students can strengthen their ideological awareness and professional skills in accordance with the "green horse class". Therefore, this paper takes the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of a university in Guangdong Province as an example to explore the existing problems and practical training path of "Qingma Engineering" training class.
