Research on the Dilemma and Path of Cultivating Entrepreneurship Tutors in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Entrepreneurship tutor is an integral part of entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship tutor has become a key factor affecting the high-quality development of entrepreneurship education. This paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the development of entrepreneurial tutors in colleges and universities, such as low number, weak ability, unreasonable structure and imperfect system and mechanism, and puts forward the development path from expanding the training scale, optimizing the teacher structure, improving the training mechanism, evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism. It provides theoretical basis for the cultivation of entrepreneurial tutors in colleges and universities, and provides reference for the high-quality development of entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.
