Research on the Optimization Path for the Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Teaching Staff in Universities

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important part of the higher education system, and many universities have actively explored it. The level of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff largely determines the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education. However, there are still some problems in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teacher teams in many universities, including the need to optimize the teacher structure and the need to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship education. In response to these problems, this article proposes corresponding suggestions to improve the level of innovative and entrepreneurial teacher teams in universities and help promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
