Abstract: In recent years, because of the rapid development of biomedical industry, there are higher requirements on the cultivation quality of graduate students in biomedical majors. How to enhance graduate students'interest in biotechnology theory and promote their practical ability becomes a crucial problem in classroom teaching. The mining and refining of“scientist's stories”in the process of biotechnology invention and discovery provides a new idea for the reform of teaching method of biotechnology theory courses. Integrating the“scientist’s stories”into the teaching content, combining with on-site practice teaching, and forming the teaching mode of“listening to stories, learning thinking and understanding technology”, not only effectively improve students'classroom participation enthusiasms, but also enhance students' understanding of the key points of technology and their practice ability.
