Exploration of the Connotation and Path of Digital Transformation in Art Design Education

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the new generation of information technology, especially since the country proposed the implementation of the digital education strategy, digital transformation of education has become a hot topic in current education reform. The digital transformation of education is a process of using technological means to drive educational innovation and reform. Currently, the digital transformation of education in China has begun to take shape, but there are still problems in guiding students to learn independently. This article is based on the characteristics of art and design courses, starting from the current situation of art and design education and the necessity of digital transformation. Combining digital technology, it deeply elaborates on the characteristics, elements, and theoretical system of digital transformation in art and design education. While exploring the feasibility of digital transformation in art and design education, it proposes feasible paths.
