Research on Strategies for Improving the Quality of Preschool Education Professional Talent Training Based on the OBE Concept

Abstract: Guided by the OBE concept, this article aims to address the issues of homogenization of training objectives, convergence of curriculum system, single teaching mode, and incomplete collaborative education mechanism in the process of cultivating preschool education professionals. By setting distinctive high-quality composite applied talent training objectives, we construct a curriculum system with the characteristics of“integration of teaching and medicine”, and explore an integrated teaching model of“teaching, competition, research and innovation”and the entire learning process, improve the collaborative education mechanism of the“school government park enterprise”four party linkage, propose effective strategies to comprehensively improve the quality of preschool education professional talent cultivation.
