Exploration on the Ecological Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Science Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract: In recent years, innovation and entrepreneurship has become a strong voice of the times, and social development in the new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. There are many shortcomings in the process of ecological construction of dual-innovation education for science talents in local universities. Based on the idea and reform direction of science talents'dual-innovation education in local colleges and universities, combined with the advantages of science subject characteristics and subject resources, this paper takes the construction of ecological education as the core, and promotes the healthy development of dual-innovation education from the aspects of educational idea, institutional mechanism, teaching staff and resource construction. Let the ecological construction of dual-innovation education for talent cultivation be sustainable, circular, collaborative and open, and actively build the ecological system of dual-innovation education for science talents in local universities.
