Research on the Innovative Talent Training Model of Industrial Colleges Based on the Integration of Industry and Education—A Case Study of Intelligent Rehabilitation Industry College of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University

Abstract: This paper conducts research on the talent cultivation mode of industry education integration in university industry colleges, discusses the current situation of industry education integration, and explores the problems faced in talent cultivation from the aspects of cultivation conditions, cultivation concepts, and cultivation mechanisms. It proposes the construction tasks of industry education integration talent cultivation model in pharmaceutical universities. Specific requirements have been clarified in terms of cultivation mode, major construction, curriculum design, practical training bases, teacher strength, industry, academia, research and application service platform etc. Taking the Intelligent Rehabilitation Industry College of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example, this article elaborates on the implementation and effectiveness of cultivating innovative talents through the integration of industry and education in the industry college of Pharmaceutical University, with the aim of providing reference for similar universities at home and abroad.
