Abstract: With the rapid development of mobile internet, the software industry structure is undergoing profound changes, posing higher requirements for software engineering professionals. The effective integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important issue in current professional teaching reform. By analyzing the current issue of disconnection between software engineering talent cultivation and the industry, this paper explores the positioning of training objectives, optimization of talent cultivation plans, curriculum systems, teaching methods, and other aspects. Project practice has shown that deepening the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and establishing an effective talent training model for software engineering are effective measures to adapt to industrial changes and improve the quality of talent training. Through a series of reforms, students'programming practice ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and professional literacy have been improved.
