Abstract: For building a high-level higher vocational college, this is the new goal established by our country in the development of higher vocational education in the context of the new era, strengthening the construction of teachers is a foundation for the construction of high-level vocational colleges, but also to enable higher vocational colleges to win in the future. To build a high-level teaching staff, it is necessary for vocational colleges to be able to introduce and train teachers with outstanding talents as the core in the rational construction of teachers' moral style, and to focus on perfecting the support system for the development of talents, and at the same time to cultivate a teacher skilled team of really high level.
