Research on the Transformation of the Training Mode of Financial Talents in Universities from the Perspective of Digital Economy

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, with the deep integration of digital technology and real economy, new business type, new models and new industries continue to emerge. Under the background of the new era, enterprises put forward higher vequirements for financial personnel. Financial talents with multiple knowledge, diverse skills and strategic thinking can better meet the needs of the development of the times. From the perspective of digital economy, in the face of the urgent demand of social development for new financial talents, universities which occupy an important position in the national education system, undertake the task of training applied talents, through the construction of digital financial curriculum system, the adoption of omni-directional cooperative education, and the improvement of the evaluation mechanism of financial talents to achieve the transformation of training mode.
