Practice and Exploration of the Collaborative Education Mode for Electronic and Electrical Innovation Talents

Abstract: Continuous improvement of college students'comprehensive quality of innovation and entrepreneurship is an important content for colleges to cultivate innovative talents. Deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and improving college students'ability to“dare to venture and create”in the new era is not only necessary for college personnel training, but also essential for future national development. Based on the reform requirements for education of“full staff-whole process, all-round”and the educational enlightenment of“value co-creation”, School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering in SUES actively construct the education mode of electronic and electrical innovation talents, through ways of“teaching-projects-competitions-publicity-research”. This model expands the brand effect of education, promotes the quality improvement and steady development of the collaborative education system, and has formed a good education effect and social response.
