Maker-Style Development and Practice on the English Textbooks of Business Courses in Local Universities——Take Adaption of Introduction to Business as an Example

Abstract: The make-style development of the English textbooks of business courses are based on full process optimization around the purposes, learning process, teaching environment, and outcome evaluation of maker education. This paper based on the two dimensions of cognitive process and knowledge subject of language learning, discussed the maker courses as a continuous unified field integrating language learning and development of creativity. The result was that the core problem chain driven by learning activities of business projects, focusing on the knowledge chains of marketing, financial, and management fields, achieving the integration of professional English and creativity in teaching process. The adaption of English textbooks of business discipline are related to the core knowledge points of interdisciplinary anchored by maker approaches, adopts the flexible credit system, and makes reasonable assessment to the practical and second classroom courses, etc. It continuously optimizes the adaption of business textbooks creative mechanism that connects families, schools, enterprises, and communities.
